The color is more open than usual in Toro , among other things due to short maceration early along with the use of cold maceration during vinification . Dark cherry red , blue tones of youth. Clean and bright.

Nose: Good intensity . Balsamic aromas reminiscent of pine , cedar , licorice appear . not overripe fruit, blackberry , cassis , raspberry, blueberry , black plums , cherries. fresh aromas . Accompanying the barrel, not very evident, with sweetish and spicy notes. The wine has good journey and evolution in the glass .
