Pere Ventura 'Vintage' Cava Brut Gran Reserva 2015 Sparkling & Champagne

A lovely vintage style of Cava with complexity and ageing notes such as biscuit and cream beautifully integrated with orchard fruit and the classic fennel note from the primary grape Xarel-Lo. This is from the 2015 vintage and was aged for 43 months in the winery.
