This fresh and round Cabernet has spicy and floral notes on these elegant aromas.
Raspberry and mulberry can best describre this wine on the palate. the balance between acidity and alcohol provides a sense of minerality and freshness to the wine along a plush finish.

Soil type composed of white calcareous stone and gravels.
The grapes were harvested in selected blocks between the 2nd and 8th of April. The harvest was conducted manually in small bins.
The alcoholic fermentation and extended maceration on skins was carried for 20-30 days in small tanks with remontagem as well as delestage in the middle of fermentation showcase and enhance the roundness and fruitiness of our estate grapes. The wine was then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months with gentle racking.
